Holder Resources Inc. Welcomes John Campbell as Director of Logging Operations in Guyana
Holder Resources Inc. (HRI) is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. John Campbell to its operations team in Guyana, where he will serve as the new Director of Logging Operations. John will be responsible for overseeing one of the company's 138,000-acre concessions, a role that aligns perfectly with his extensive experience in forestry.
John Campbell is no stranger to the Guyanese forestry industry. With a career spanning more than two decades, he served on the Guyana Forestry Commission for four years and operated his own forestry consultancy for 21 years. His profound understanding of the land and sustainable forestry practices makes him an invaluable asset to HRI.
Notably, John's connection to the concession he will now oversee is a deeply personal one. Earlier in his career, following the passing of Harry Rambarran, the patriarch of Willems, John managed this very concession. Over the course of his consultancy work, he personally surveyed 100% of the sustainable inventory across all 575 blocks of the property. This appointment is not just a professional milestone for John; it represents a homecoming to a land he knows intimately and cherishes deeply.
Upon joining HRI, John expressed his enthusiasm for the role, stating, "It is a pleasure to work with a company that values and respects the land as much as I do. HRI’s long-standing relationship with Guyana, spanning three decades, demonstrates a profound commitment to our environment and sustainable practices. I look forward to contributing to this legacy."
HRI is confident that John’s leadership and expertise will further strengthen its operations in Guyana. The company recognizes the importance of local knowledge and is proud to have a team that is deeply connected to the land and community. John's addition to the team is a testament to HRI's dedication to sustainable forestry and its commitment to the people of Guyana.
Please join us in welcoming Mr. John Campbell to the HRI family! His experience and passion will undoubtedly drive our efforts toward sustainable growth and environmental stewardship in the region.
